What’s included in the membership?
Your membership includes:
- Monthly doctor visits (2 for individual, 4 shared for duo/family plan)
- One annual physical exam with vitals check, history review, and basic blood work (STD testing not included)
- Discounted injections (antibiotic, allergy, and pain relief)
- Pharmacy discount card (availability and discount rates may vary)
Is this a health insurance plan?
No. This membership is not health insurance. It only covers minor, non-emergency medical care. It does not cover hospitalizations, urgent care, or serious conditions.
How much do I pay at enrollment?
At enrollment, the Enrollment Fee and the first Monthly Payment are charged on the enrollment date. From the following month, only the Monthly Payment is charged on the same calendar day.
Is the enrollment fee charged only once?
No. The enrollment fee is charged at enrollment and at each annual renewal. If your membership lapses and you re-enroll, the fee applies again.
What ages qualify for children under the family plan?
Children are eligible from 0 up to 18 years old.
Once a child turns 18, they are no longer eligible under the family plan and must enroll in an individual plan if they wish to continue.
Are the monthly visits divided among members in the duo or family plan?
Yes. Duo and family plans include 4 shared visits per month. These can be used flexibly by all covered members.
What if I need more visits than my plan allows?
You can still be seen. Extra visits are $49 each, payable at the clinic at the time of service.
Can I book my annual physical exam right after signing up?
Yes. Once your membership is active, you're eligible to schedule your annual physical.
What is “Front-of-the-Line Access”? Is it worth it?
It’s an optional add-on for priority care:
- Schedule appointments within 1 hour
- Get priority when you walk in
Cost: $50/month (Individual) or $100/month (Duo/Family)
Note: Wait times may still occur based on clinic volume, but you’ll be prioritized.

At any Instant Care clinic location in Las Vegas, Nevada.
How do I cancel my membership?
Send a written request to membership@instantcarelv.com with 30 days' notice.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If payment isn’t received within 10 days, your membership is canceled. A new enrollment fee will be required to reactivate.
How does the pharmacy discount card work?
Pharmacy discount cards are offered as a benefit of the plan.
Availability and discount rates may vary by pharmacy programs and stock.
Cards must be picked up in person at the Instant Care clinic.
