At Instant Care Medical Clinic, we are proud to be led by Dr. Raymond P. Nicholl, M.D., a dedicated physician with 45 years of experience in Primary Care.
A former board-certified general surgeon, Dr. Nicholl has a broad background in General Practice, Hematology, Surgery, and Pain Management.
He earned his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University and completed his General Surgery residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
Throughout his career, he has mentored countless medical professionals and continues to oversee daily operations while serving as the lead physician at Rainbow Rehab Injury Clinic.

Johnathan Taitano, DO.
Dr. Taitano has been serving the Las Vegas community since 2013. After completing his residency in Internal Medicine at Valley Hospital, he became a hospitalist, providing acute care in hospitals.
In 2016, he transitioned to outpatient care to spend more time with his family and began working at various clinics across Las Vegas.
Now with Instant Care Medical Clinic, Dr. Taitano offers primary care, osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT), and natural/holistic medicine. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine and continues to practice in Las Vegas.
His focus is on providing personalized care, ensuring his patients receive high-quality treatment that supports their long-term health and well-being.
